New Hampshire Today, July 17
In New Hampshire today, reports of visits from Chris Dodd and Bill Richardson, a new Mitt Romney ad, and the implications of more McCain departures.
Dodd wrapped up two-day visit where he told environmentalists here and here that he is their candidate. He also told the Union Leader the Democratic presidential race is still in flux.
Bill Richardson says women aren't a special interest group, they are the majority of the population. In addition, Richardson said he would impose a pro-choice "litmus test" for all court nominees.
A new Mitt Romney ad, his seventh, will begin playing in Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina.
More shake-ups in the John McCain campaign could mean his New Hampshire press secretary may become the national spokeswoman.
