NASHUA, N.H. -- Delaware Senator Joe Biden released a three-point plan in Nashua today aimed at helping veterans.
At the Nashua Rotary Club, Biden said that if he is elected president he would commit to fully fund all health care for veterans (including those with post-traumatic stress disorder). He would also reform the handling of disability claims and assist with job placement for veterans.
