Dodd wants out of Iraq by April 30
Democratic presidential candidate Chris Dodd said he wants American troops out of Iraq by April 30 and that he "wasn't impressed" by the testimony from General Petraeus.
"I don't have any more patience," Dodd, a Connecticut Senator, said of the surge strategy in Iraq.
On an conference call with reporters from early primary states, Dodd said he favors a plan to remove nearly all troops from Iraq by April 30.
"It pains me to say that this Administration's Iraq policy, including the surge tactic, is a failure and that failure is reconfirmed everyday by unfolding events in Iraq," he said.
