The city has two new hybrid trolleys that officials say run more smoothly and are better for the environment. Mayor Don Grebien said the red and gold trolleys will reduce noise and air pollution and cut fuel consumption by about 20 percent. The vehicles each seat about 32 passengers and will replace traditional diesel buses. (AP)
