Water water everywhere

First, there's a big water main break at Neponset Circle (Gallivan Boulevard/Morrissey Boulevard/I-93 area) that's predicted to tie up traffic this afternoon. You have been warned.

Also, the governor -- wearing a smashing safety vest -- said that a ramp leading to the eastbound Ted Williams Tunnel and hence Logan could open soon, but no timetable. They are waiting on federal approval. We would expect that, once the feds approve, the ramp could open within hours.
