False Charges

We wrote today about a technical glitch (T officials called it a hiccup) that billed riders without giving them their monthly passes via the new fare vending machines. Call 617-222-4545 or email teamcharlie@mbta.com if you have questions or if your money isn't returned. Keep us posted via starts@globe.com.

The story broke last week, coming to light first via the Internet, with livejournal, bostonist and other blogs and boards posting the problems.
