He's Here...
Charlie arrived today. Reports were good, but the cards ran out early at many stations. We just got back from JFK/UMass and not a soul was using one. Funny stories abound today of riders thinking it was "get a free bus ride on the T" day. Pictured is Joe Kelley, the head honcho for implementing Charlie on the T.
