Revere Beach Parkway and Casey Overpass closures
The Woods Memorial Bridge is on Route 16 (Revere Beach Parkway) between Medford and Everett and it's closing for repairs.
The Department of Conservation and Recreation is doing the job, which will limit the bridge to one lane in each direction. Expect delays.
Times? 9 p.m. tonight (Wednesday) to 5 a.m. tomorrow and 9 a.m. Thursday to 5 a.m. Friday.
DCR is also going to be making repairs to the Casey Overpass on the Arborway. You don't know where that is? Neither do we. Hang on a second...googlegooglegoogle...Ah! It's the overpass over Forest Hills station.
The outbound side of the bridge will be closed during the work and outbound traffic will be detoured below the overpass.
Work starts 9 p.m. Thursday and end 5 a.m. Friday.
