Charles/MGH open?
It seems the MBTA has quietly opened the new Charles/MGH station. The opening was reported first by the charlieonthembta blog this weekend.
T officials confirmed today that the new entrance and exit -- including new escalators and elevators -- are now open. Some work still needs to be completed on the ceilings, platforms and walls. In addition, the temporary entrance/exit (used during most of the construction phase) is now being dismantled.
