CONCORD, Vt.—Vermont State Police say two teenagers suffered serious head injuries in an ATV crash.
Police say 16-year-old Matt Sloan of Concord was driving the ATV at about 8:30 p.m. Thursday when he lost control.
The ATV rolled over.
Police say that Sloan and his passenger, 15-year-old Taylor Spraggs-Newman, were not wearing helmets.
