A 24-year-old Massachusetts man is going to spend 120 days on a Vermont prison work crew for driving drunk in a crash that killed a passenger. Christopher Nemes of Shrewsbury was sentenced Tuesday as part of a plea deal. The original charges could have resulted in a 30-year prison sentence. Police said Nemes was driving on March 11 when his vehicle went off a road in Huntington and rolled over. Stosh Adams, 21, of Burlington was thrown from the vehicle and died.
