Vt. oral surgeon charged with lewd conduct

RUTLAND, Vt.—A Vermont oral surgeon has been charged with sexually touching a female patient while performing a dental procedure.
Peter. B Gray of Rutland pleaded not guilty on Thursday to lewd and lascivious conduct.
The Vermont attorney general's office says Gray has been released on conditions including that he not work in a setting where he would have direct access to controlled substances without supervision by a licensed provider approved by the state.
