FAYSTON, Vt.—Vermont State Police say the death of a man whose body was found stuck in a window at the Mad River Glenn Ski area in Fayston was unusual, but not suspicious or criminal.

The male was discovered at about 8:45 a.m. Thursday where he had apparently become stuck in a small window between the ski patrol office and a ski repair shop.

The identity of the victim was not released pending notification of his relatives.

Police did not say if they knew how the man had become stuck or why he had apparently tried to go through the window.

After the body was removed from the window it was taken to the office of the Vermont Medical Examiner in Burlington for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
