Highway in Vermont city reopened after line fixed

BURLINGTON, Vt.—A major highway in Vermont's largest city is once again open to traffic.
Burlington's beltline was closed Tuesday because of downed power lines.
The roadway is a major highway for people in the city's New North End.
The road reopened early Wednesday.![]()
