Media pick Faneuil Hall as perfect Boston backdrop

Most major networks will use Faneuil Hall as the site for their live shots during the Democratic National Convention. What site would you choose to represent Boston?

I WOULD PICK CHELSEA, ITS BEAUTIFUL THIS TIME OF YEAR.

Ummmm.... New York? Maybe if the media stays in NY the DNC convention will move there, too, and we won't have to endure the significant costs this convention is costing us. If it has to be a Boston site for a backdrop let's pick someplace where we don't want to go. Otherwise, we'll have another location closed-off to residents.

The traffic on 93.

Faneuil Hall is SOOOO TOURISTY...I'd do from a Bar in Southie, Fenway, or near the Zakim Bridge...

christine, Hull

The Constitution of course!! Or maybe Bunker Hill.

Mike, Reston

How about use the gridlock streets and highways surronding the Fleet Center as a backdrop?

The Boston suburbs should not necessarily be overlooked. A town like Concord, for instance, would be perfect - politically and historically relevant and one of the most picturesque places in the area.

A shot of Boston Skyline taken from Memorial Drive with Beacon Hill and the State House's Gold dome on the backdrop. Boston has a very unique skyline, having not many buildings that are too high. Specially that shot in the afternoon, with the sun shining off the State House's dome. Is a recognizable shot of the city but also one that is not often used.
