Where should the F.A.O. Schwarz bear go?
The now-defunct F.A.O. Schwarz donated its hallmark statue, a three-ton bronze teddy bear, as a "gift to the children of Boston," and now the city is facing the daunting task of deciding where to put it. Some people say it should be shipped to the Rose Kennedy Greenway or a park built at the site of the old elevated Central Artery. Others think it works better at Boston Common, or the Public Garden, with Mrs. Mallard and her bronze ducklings. Where do you think it should go?

Why not donate it to the Boston Children's Museum?
Erin
Where else should a big, bad, Bruin go? The FleetCenter!
Joe
ChildrensHospital, The Childrens Museum, Boston Commons, Copley Square, or leave it where it is.
David
Send the bear to the french in exchange for that statue they gave us for New York harbor.
Jesse
The city should sell it to the Children's Museum, if they are interested in buying it. The Children's Museum could make an exhibit on Teddy Bears which would I know my daughter would love. And the city could use the money from the sale.
Eric
I think the bear should be moved to the Common where the children's park is. That way it will be close to its original location but perfect so the children in the park can enjoy it. It's a part of Boston.
Maria
At or near The Childrens Museum.
Ruth
How about in front of the Fleetcenter. That bear look's like that friendly bear that the Bruins wear on the 3rd jersey.
Jimmy O.
How about Children's Hospital.
Linda
Keep it where it is. Why go to the expense of moving it?
