Are you kidding me Boston? Bush the loser .. what of any substance did Kerry say? Really, I am registered as an independent so am more open minded then you liberals!!! What is Kerry's actual plan for anything? He is full of criticism .. but what is the plan .. he mentioned nothing impressive .. Warmer when he spoke about his family .. all he could say about his wife was that she was rich - nothing about her character ... that lie he made up about his mother on her death bed! Come on people!!! This isn't a reality TV show - or a soap opera .. the end of this really does matter!!!

BUSH WON THIS ONE GOING AWAY ....YOUR 'LIBERAL" READERS ATTEMPT TO STUFF THE BALLOT BOX ISNT GOING TO WORK... BUSH RE-ELECTION ( 301 ELECTORAL VOTES )

4 MORE YEARS!!!!!

It is obvious that President Bush dominated this debate. He has a clear plan that has only started to work. His steadfast leadership is keeping America safe. John Kerry merely says he has a plan but doesn't explain how he is going to get America from here to there. I am quite frightened that Kerry is in bed with the United Nations and wants to re-engage with a corrupt organization. I welcome 4 more years!

As an englishman who considers myself very much a friend of America, may I express my relief at the idea that Jon Kerry might replace George Bush as the next president. Bush's attitude towards life in general and his total disreguard for international opinion has done untold damage to the USA's reputation. John Kerry's reassuring senatorial gravitas, his intteligence and his manner have given people like myself hope that America can once again be a proud nation. The only dissapointment is that it seems that Bush's play to the lowest common denominator still seduces vast numbers of American voters.

I thought the debate was a tie but i'm sure all the libs will say Kerry dominated Bush. One thing I will say is that if the looney left can't see how fake, ingenuine John Kerry is then you are truly lost. Kerry is now a Catholic who quotes from the bible?? He is really taxing the rich when he made more money then Bush but paid less taxes!! why can't you people see that our taxes are going to skyrocket if he gets elected. He now wants the government to give the people health care? I just hope the normal midwest states will see through his crpa and lies unlike this liberal state.

It seemed to me like the same speeches over and over again from both sides. Once again, Kerry was the winner, but Bush wasn't as bad as he could be. It's not a good sign for Bush though, when Kerry explains a position clearly, and the only comeback Bush can come up with is "You're a liberal." And when a question is asked to Bush about the economy he completely changes the subject and focuses on his education "plan." Two things truly made my jaw drop: One was when Bush flat-out denied his own quote about Osama bin Laden...everyone remembers him saying that, and second was his response about the flu vaccine "Don't get one." Kerry missed an opportunity there to point out that the Bush healthcare plan truly is "Pray you don't get sick." Good debate, Kerry wins again.

In the debate I think minority voters are ignore a great deal. The president has totally disregard that we are apart of society and social issues are important to us also. I think we are been ignore but this year we will make a difference on who lead this country because we want to be able to have an america dream. Why are we as a society fighting wars anmd funding other countries when right here in people hungry, homeless, gangwars and sick but we spend money on the war. Our soilders come home after fighting and you cut their pay I think it's not fair if you have them fighting for you take care of them don't just leave them to suffer while everybody is benefiting from it.

At this point, I didn't want to see the results of hours of preparation. (The Red Sox were more compelling) We know enough about these two to form our opinions. Bush wins the Clarity award. We know his direction. If you agree with it, vote for him. If you believe that he is wrong about everything except his response to 9/11 at home and in Afghanistan, as I do, you must decide if Kerry represents a credible Commander in Chief. His personal record dispels any doubt there. And, Kerry's commitment to forge coalitions, by taking the advice of people qualified to give it, the military and foreign service professionals that the Bush neo-conservative idealogues ignored, will stand us in good stead. We ARE fighting a different kind of war, and ultimately one that can be won only by winning hearts and minds. In the short term, we need all of the international community fighting terror together. And Bush is NOT a uniter. You are with him or against him. He is a man of simple straightforward ideas, with simple, black & white solutions to complex problems. It is not enough. We can't afford four more years.

Steve, Westford

I thought Bush did a better job. Bush didn't need to portrait Kerry to be a far-left liberal, every one of Kerry's plans says it for him. I felt Kerry's use of job losses was a complete slanderous jab that made us wonder what planet he was on during and after September 11, 2001. And to publicly disagree with Alan Greenspan, arguably the foremost expert on economic thought in America, can't possibly do any one, any good, at any time. That comment to Greenspan alone, illustrated where Kerry's head is regarding his "plans" for the economy.
