John Kerry and the Boston Red Sox, two big time LOSERS! John Kerry is Mr. I have a plan for everything, a know it all who can't run away from his do nothing 20 years in the Senate fast enough. I

Tim, Boxford

It seems John Kerry is no longer a flip-flopper. Bush didn't mention that even once last night.

It all comes down to this...... "Do we want four more years of this, or a new direction?" Bush has to do something with that "smirk" As a citizen and under the constitution, we have the freedom of speech....Bush has done a poor job. $12,000.00 for health insurance.....he does not get my vote.

George , Peabody

Why didn't John Kerry have the common sense to point out over the past four years both the White House and Congress have been controlled by the Republicans, and they've been having an appropriations and tax-revenue-cut pig-out? No wonder the Republicans were able to squander the Bill Clinton/Democratic surplus and create a record deficit. With John Kerry in the White House, there will be a counter-balance to this "kids-in-the-candy-shop" fiesta the Republicans have been throwing during Bush's term.

While I am a registered Democrat and plan to vote for Kerry I did try to be objective while listening to all of the debates, but especially the final debate, as I was surprised that Bush's performance in the second debate was better than I had expected. When I watched the President speak last night, I felt that same type of discomfort that I feel when I watch national or Olympic competitions in ice-skating or gymnastics where when an error is committed I cringe for the athletes’ disappointment. I was embarrassed to listen to the President speak, for the majority of his messages was poorly delivered and he was struggling to find words. I expect a president who can effectively communicate thoughts, ideas, and strategies to the American public, and I do not feel that Bush possesses these qualities.

Marcie, Rockport

I really don't understand how people continue to support Bush? We have HUGE defecits, job loss, a mess in Iraq, more uninsured people, escalating fuel costs, underfunded education, etc. etc. These debates have shown that he can't express his ideas coherently, he just uses that same tired catch phrases and retorhic..there's nothing substantial said. I really just don't get what people see in him. I guess it's just because I'm a "Massachusetts Liberal", poisioned by our "activist judges", and out of touch with mainstream America........

Mike, Quincy

I was really disappointed by the moderator. As a personal friend and golfing companion of President Bush, he should have never been allowed a place on the stage. It showed several times when Bush 'hijacked' the debate and responded to Kerry in a blatant disregard for the rules, and it certainly showed in the softball questions that he lobbed at the president, and some of the utterly trivial and irrelevant questions asked of Kerry. In the end, as it was for both prior debates, Kerry showed himself to be well informed, articulate, and knowledgeable of the issues, whereas the President came across as being unable to say anything other than the same quotes from the Republican Party handbook again and again.

Boy oh Boy I hope Kerry wins and that he will help us MIDDLE class people not only with taxes but with Insurance... my son in law has a small business and a baby and unless she works and takes care of a house and takes care of a child they have NO insurance... now we need to set in a plan that kids now aday can afford a small business and also insurance to keep their family safe and healthy.. my daughter as I am typing is in the hospital in the mist of losing her baby.. if she did not work at night she would not be able to be in a hospital for this emergency..... Please Mr. Kerry Win and help the MIDDLE class.. thank you

norene, andover

John Kerry continues to reveal his knowledge, intellect, wisdom, integrity to the American people and the world. He is a leader all can join with to work our way out of the predicted quagmire of despair at home and abroad.

James, Port Haywood

Kerry laid out a real plan for this country. The President cannot accept the mistakes he's made, trying to pull a "liberal boogeyman" out of the closet to scare the voters. His party has had control over the government for the past three years and where has it gotten us? There were more terror attacks this year than the past three years. Poverty rates have climed to an all-time high and more americans are looking for work. The jobs the President has helped to create are substantially lower than the ones we have lost. Would you be happy if I took ten dollars from you and then I gave you a dollar back? That's just what has happened under this economy.

Ryan, Boston
