Monday morning commute
How was your commute this morning? What was different?

I had no problems driving from the Beacon Hill area, through the tunnel and down 93S towards the South Shore this morning. When I was in the southbound tunnel around 8:15a.m. or so, I counted only 5 to 10 cars the whole passage. It was great!

I was one of two people on the #7 bus today. Now granted, my hours were changed this week and I am working 7:00 to 3:00 instead of 8:30 to 5:00. So, I don't know if this bus is always empty at 7:15 in the morning (yes, I didn't make it in at 7:00 - woops).

My commute was the best yet. I commute from winthrop to Uphams Corner in Dorchester by MBTA. No traffic leaving Winthrop, the Blue line was great available seats all the way to Gov. Cntr. Green line was fine. Red line was fine. Bus from Andrew to Uphams Corner was fine and quicker than usual.

I think everyone stayed home or left town from the the west. It was the easiest Mass Pike commute (to Watertown) this year!

Commute was uneventful as usual. Green line - D was a little slow this morning around 7:15-7:25AM. It appeared that most folks wanted to get in early so the train was more crowded than normal. The idea of being searched didn't deter anyone from carrying their briefcases, backpacks, etc.

I took the commuter rail into Boston from Canton. There were no problems whatsoever as the train was right on time. Hopefully, the rest of the week will be just as peaceful as today's commute was. Thank you.

I waited 20 minutes for an Orange Line train, got off at Park and waited another 15 minutes for the Green Line's D-Train which was packed. My normal 30 -45 minute commute took almost an hour and a half. I saw no security and no one checking bags, but I saw a ton of people with back packs and brief cases. And I thought the T was adding more trains this week, guess not. I can't wait for this week to be over.

Commute from Stoneham to Sullivan Square at 6:45am was a breeze. Speed limit was 65 and could have been higher. Like driving on a Sunday morning. It was surreal - did everybody forget it was Monday.

My commute was awesome!! I actually ended up leaving my house up in Alton, NH later than usual and I still made it in before 9am. Hardly a car on the road on Route 1 or 60. I'm a little worried about the ride home though.

MY TRIP IN FROM THE SALEM DEPOT WENT SMOOTH . I WAS NERVOUS BUT IT WENT GREAT. I HOPE GOING HOME IT WILL BE THE SAME
