John Kerry Says Russian President Putin's Speech Doesn't "Jibe with Reality"

Speaking at a University Town Hall meeting Tuesday at the U.S. Department of State, Secretary of State John Kerry gave university students from around the country a breaking news lesson on international events. He weighed in on the day's events in Russia, a passionate political speech from Russian President Vladimir Putin, and the fact that Putin and Crimean leaders have now signed a treaty they say allows Crimea to secede from Ukraine and become a part of Russia.
