Bond is set at $1.5 million for a Hartford, Conn., man accused of setting up a deadly robbery via Craigslist. Police arrested Rashad Moon, 22, Tuesday, more than a year after detectives said he shot and killed Felix DeJesus, 40. Police said Moon used a friend’s cells phone to text DeJesus to arrange a meet to buy two T-Mobile tablets from him.
