Benghazi Suspect Brought to Federal Court in DC

The man alleged to be the mastermind of the 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi was brought to this federal courthouse Saturday morning in Washington D.C. The U.S. attorney's office in Washington said Ahmed Abu Khattala is now in federal custody. He's the Libyan militia leader suspected in the attack that killed four Americans including Ambassador Chris Stevens. He was brought to the courthouse from on board the amphibious transport ship, the USS New York.
