Turkey Summons U.S. Envoy Over Spying Report

With his cabinet meeting for the first time, Turkey's new prime minister, Ahmet Davutoglu, already has his hands full in foreign affairs. Turkey summoned a senior U.S. diplomat Monday over a media report that the U.S. spied on Turkey. German magazine Der Spiegel wrote on its website that the U.S. National Security Agency and Britain's Government Communications Headquarters intelligence agency had carried out "wide-scale spying."
