Correction: Because of a reporting error, a Page One story in some editions yesterday about the TV series "Curious George" misidentified Arthur, the main character of another PBS show. Arthur is an aardvark, not a mouse.
Correction: Because of a reporting error, the obituary for Luciano Pavarotti on Page One in later editions yesterday gave incorrect details about who supported the singer in a local concert filmed for the movie "Yes, Giorgio." The singer was backed by members of the Opera Company of Boston Orchestra, conducted by Emerson Buckley.
Correction: Because of incorrect information supplied by an event organizer, Dave Minehan of the band the Neighborhoods was misidentified in a photo in yesterday's Calendar section.
Clarification: A photograph accompanying a story about health risks associated with microwave popcorn in yesterday's Business section implied that the products depicted used butter flavoring containing the chemical diacetyl, which has been linked to lung damage. Smart Balance, one of the brands in the photograph, says it has never used the chemical.
Correction: Because of a reporting error, an incorrect date was given for the Jamaica Plain World's Fair in yesterday's Sidekick section. The event is scheduled for Sunday afternoon.
