FUNDRAISING BONANZA: Hillary Rodham Clinton raised more than $3 million for her presidential campaign in the hours after her Pennsylvania primary victory. "The big win that I had, the broad base of coalition that I put together, is exactly what we're going to need to have in the fall," she said.

RIVAL'S RESPONSE: "We just keep on plugging away," presidential rival Barack Obama said. He said he's defeated Clinton in contests in several general election battleground states.

DELEGATE CHASE: Clinton made only a modest dent in Obama's delegate lead in the Democratic campaign. She hopes to overtake him through the support of superdelegates, who attend the national convention.
