For the record

Clarification: A Page One story yesterday about layoffs at Harvard University imprecisely detailed president Drew Faust’s compensation for the 2007-2008 academic year. The $775,043 figure included pay, benefits, and expenses, according to university tax filings.
Correction: Because of a reporting error, a Page One story yesterday incorrectly described the decision to cut dental coverage for the poorest residents enrolled in the Commonwealth Care subsidized health insurance program. Dental care for this population was eliminated in Governor Deval Patrick’s revised state budget proposal but was restored in the budget lawmakers approved last week. The Connector Authority board did not vote to cut this coverage.
