■ Correction: Because of a reporting error, the name of biologist Matt Micari was misspelled in a story about Jell-O shots in yesterday’s “g’’ section.

■ Correction: Because of a reporting error, a column in Monday’s Metro section misstated how long Dr. Chidi Achebe served as medical director of the Whittier Street Health Center. He held the post for 13 months.

■ Clarification: A story in the Oct. 2 Arts section about the Boston Speakers Series may have created a misleading impression about whether the Lowell Institute lectures founded in the 19th century continue to exist. The original lecture series transitioned many years ago into an arrangement in which the Lowell Institute continues to sponsor free public lectures in partnership with various universities and cultural institutions in Boston.

■ Correction: Because of a reporting error, a review of the film “Savage Memory’’ in today’s “g’’ section, which was printed in advance, fails to credit codirector/cowriter Kelly Thomson.

The Globe welcomes information about errors that call for corrections. Information may be sent to comments@globe.com or left in a message at 617-929-8230.
