■ Correction: Because of a reporting error, a Page One story yesterday contained incorrect information about the Senate casino bill. The Senate bill would also allow the entire city of Springfield to vote on a proposed casino. In Worcester, it would be up to the City Council to decide whether to allow the entire city to vote or to restrict a vote to the particular neighborhood or ward where a casino proposes to locate.
