PORT ORCHARD, Wash.—A 10-year-old Washington state boy who was found hanging from a tree last week has died at a Tacoma hospital.
Kitsap County sheriff's investigators determined the death of Tyler James Wade, of Port Orchard, was an accident.
The Kitsap Sun reports (http://bit.ly/u1Iapt ) he was playing with friends Oct. 16 and apparently had been trying to stage a prank. His friends found him hanging from a scarf in a tree.
