BILLINGS, Mont.—The Montana Highway Patrol says four people were killed and another was injured in a head-on crash on an Interstate 90 frontage road on the Crow Indian Reservation.

The patrol says a Ford Mustang crashed into a disabled Dodge Durango between Dunmore and Crow Agency at about 6 p.m. Thursday.

The Big Horn County Coroner's Office says 41-year-old Marva Knows His Gun, of Hardin, was driving the Mustang and died at a hospital. Her son, 17-year-old Frankie Knows His Gun, also of Hardin, and 19-year-old Corma Jefferson Fire Bear, of Crow Agency, died at the scene.

The coroner's office says 27-year-old Vincent Fighter-Davies, of Crow Agency, who was in the Durango also died, while the 25-year-old Crow Agency man who was driving was hospitalized. His name wasn't released.
