A man searched for the name of a friend on a flag decorated with the names of those killed at Ground Zero on September 11, 2001, in New York City. Family and friends of the victims, heads of government, and others gathered at the annual ceremony to remember the attacks that killed more than 2,700 people with the destruction of the World Trade Center.
