Majority Leader of the US House of Representatives, Tom DeLay (R-TX), with a tear in his eye, spoke at The Conservative Movement dinner in Washington, May 12. DeLay was roasted and saluted during the evening dinner.

Delay, who has said he is strongly antigambling, also has drawn media scrutiny because of his ties to Abramoff and opposition to an Indian gaming tax.
