WASHINGTON -- Senate majority leader Bill Frist said yesterday that Republicans are justified in trying to prevent Democrats from using filibusters against judicial nominees, and his vote-counting ally said the GOP has enough votes to end the filibuster tactic. (Full article: 937 words)
