WASHINGTON -- The Senate yesterday narrowly approved a plan to allow oil and gas drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, paving the way for energy exploration in an environmentally sensitive region that has been closed to developers for more than four decades. (Full article: 811 words)
