WASHINGTON -- Supreme Court Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr., who refused to discuss his views on abortion during his confirmation hearings, today will preside over a case challenging a New Hampshire law that imposes restrictions on minors seeking abortions. (Full article: 874 words)
