WASHINGTON—President Barack Obama welcomes Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero (zah-pah-TEH'-roh) to the White House on Tuesday.

The two leaders will have a working lunch.

In the evening, the president and first lady Michelle Obama, along with Vice President Joe Biden and Jill Biden, will attend a "Fiesta Latina" concert celebrating Hispanic musical heritage on the South Lawn.

The president will deliver brief remarks at the start of the concert. Among the artists expected are Marc Anthony, Jimmy Smits, Gloria Estefan, Jose Feliciano, George Lopez, Los Lobos and Sheila E.

The event will be televised later on public broadcasting stations, along with Spanish-language networks Telemundo and V-me.
