A few.... The Star Spangled Banner by Whiteny Houston both brought me to tears and made my heart swell with pride.. Also U2 "Walk On..."

Cindy, Boston

The U2 album "All That You Can't Leave Behind." I listened to it each day for a month after the attack. It transcends the hate that brought on 9/11.

I like Bruce Springsteen's new song, "The Rising", it speaks of hope and resiliency in the face of terror. It speaks to the American spirit, but also to the human spirit.

lynne taylor, merrimac

Carly Simon's "Let the River Run" because it seemed uplifting. Also it the movie Working Girl where they song is played over a shot showing the World Trade Center, circa 1988.

John, Somerville
