Ruth B. Balser (D)

Representative Ruth B. Balser has served in the Massachusetts House of Representatives for ten years, and is currently seeking election to a sixth term. She represents the 12th Middlesex District, which encompasses the southern half of the city of Newton. She serves as the House Chair of the Joint Committee on Mental Health & Substance Abuse.

Bill Delahunt (D)

Delahunt represents the 10th Congressional District of Massachusetts. He came to Congress in 1997 and has since been reelected five times. He serves as a member of the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and as Chairman of the Subcommittee on International Organizations, Human Rights, and Oversight. He is also a member of the House Judiciary Committee.

Danielle Fish (R)

Fish is a public relations specialist who is also serving her second term on the MassGOP State Committee as a representative for the Bristol/Norfolk Senate District. She resides in Mansfield with husband, Bill, and two sons.

Kerry Healey (R)

Healey served as Lieutentant Governor of Massachusetts from 2003 to 2007. Since leaving office, Healey has been a Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government's Institute of Politics, a Visiting Fellow at the Harvard Center for Public Leadership and a Senior Adviser to the Romney for President campaign.

Matt Kinnaman (R)

Kinnaman is Chairman of the Issues Committee of the Massachusetts Republican Party, a member of the Massachusetts Republican State Committee, and is a former candidate for US Congress (2002) and Massachusetts State Senate (2006). His weekly column, Getting it Right, is published in various print and online outlets, and at www.mattkinnaman.blogspot.com.

Isaac Mass (R)

Mass is a former Greenfield City Councilor and was an alternate delegate for John McCain at the 2000 Philadelphia convention. Isaac Mass serves on the Massachusetts State Committee and heads the Mass GOP's Issues Committee working group on the Judiciary. Mass is a real estate agent at Ruggeri Real Estate and a law student at Western New England College.

Monica Medeiros (R)

Medeiros was recently elected to a third term on the Massachusetts Republican State Committee. She is currently the youngest member on the Board of Aldermen in Melrose.

Giovanna Negretti (D)

Giovanna Negretti is the Executive Director of ¿Oíste?, the first and only statewide Latino political organization in Massachusetts. The organization seeks to engage Latinos in the political process through civic education, leadership development ad advocacy. The Boston Globe recently published a feature on Negretti called 'The Change Agent.'

Marc R. Pacheco (D)

Pacheco represents the First Plymouth and Bristol District in the Massachusetts Legislature and has played a key role in presidential politics in the last several presidential cycles. Most recently, he served as a member of Senator Hillary Clinton's National Finance Committee and on her Steering Committee in Massachusetts. Pacheco currently plays an active role in Barack Obama's presidential campaign.

Alan D. Solomont (D)

A former National Finance Chair of the Democratic National Committee, Solomont attended his first National Convention in Chicago as an undergraduate in 1968. Since then, he has worked on six presidential campaigns. He currently chairs the New England Steering Committee of Obama for America.

Cynthia Stead (R)

Stead is a small business owner and insurance agent who has worked for the government at the Federal, State and local level. She is Secretary of the Massachusetts Republican Party, where she represents the Cape and Islands. She is also a weekly columnist for the Cape Cod Times.

Sam Yoon (D)

Yoon is serving his second term as a Boston City Councilor. He has worked for numerous community-based non-profits in the Boston area. Most recently, Yoon served as Development Director for the Asian Community Development Corporation. He is the current chairman of the Post Audit and Oversight Committee, as well as the Youth Affairs Committee.
