Hicks is arguably the most sought-after field organizer in the country. In the early days she worked for former New Hampshire governor Jeanne Shaheen. Then in 2004 she ran the Howard Dean campaign in New Hampshire before becoming the Democratic National Committee’s national field director. She is now a consultant for Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
