Former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich said today he intends to remain in the Republican presidential race for months to come. He laid out a strategy that relies on being in the top tier in upcoming primaries and declared that front-runner Mitt Romney is being weakened by attacks on his “moderate” gubernatorial record and his background in corporate buyouts.
