Evan Kenneycq had just turned 18 and was newly registered to vote when he landed a spot as an alternate delegate to the Republican National Convention. But last week, he was one of 17 delegates and alternates who found their credentials yanked by the committee tasked with finalizing the Massachusetts delegation to the convention in Tampa. The reason: Kenney, a Ron Paul supporter, failed to provide a timely affidavit swearing — under penalty of perjury — his support to Mitt Romney for president.
