Starting point: North

Heading Downtown

Take Route 1 to its end at Copeland Circle (Route 60).

Follow signs to Route 1A South.

Take Route 1A to the outskirts of Logan Airport and follow signs for the Ted Williams Tunnel (I-90 West).

Take I-90 West to Exit 25 (South Boston).

Drive straight through the lights and turn left on to Northern Avenue.

Follow Northern Avenue over the Moakley Bridge into downtown.
