Rudy Giuliani

Following his third place finish in Florida, where he hoped a victory would propel him into the Feb. 5 primaries, the former New York City mayor announced his departure from the race Jan. 30 and endorsed Senator John McCain. Giuliani declared his candidacy in February last year on CNN's "Larry King Live."
