President Barack Obama brought his push for healthcare reform to a town hall today in Portsmouth, N.H.

Americans are being "held hostage" by insurers, he told an audience packed into a high school gymnasium.

But many Americans disagree with the proposed healthcare overhaul. And today's town hall meeting, a microcosm of the national divide on healthcare, brought protesters arguing for both sides.
