Bob Dylan once sang "you don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows." But a weatherman might help assess who will come out to caucus. Currently, the forecast predicts a sunny but cool day in the upper 20s and low 30s across the state, with clouds rolling in for the evening.The conventional wisdom says that John Edwards will win easily with bad weather, perfect weather offers a perfect set up for Barack Obama, and somewhere in between both weather extremes will be good news for Hillary Clinton.
