Ebay exec donates to Romney

E-Bay President and CEO Margaret Whitman, described by Forbes as one of the most powerful businesswomen, donated $5,000 to Mitt Romney's Commonwealth PAC in early November, newly filed campaign reports show. The Forbes bio notes she once worked at Bain & Co.

  1. isn't it illegal to donate over $2300 to any candidate?
