Clinton to barnstorm across Iowa
Locked in a tight three-way race in Iowa, Hillary Clinton's campaign announced this evening that she and her supporters will barnstorm through all 99 of the state's counties in five days starting Sunday.
Clinton, herself, plans to hopscotch through 16 counties in a chopper called, yes, the "Hill-a-copter."
She is also enlisting the help of surrogates, including former President Bill Clinton, to convince Democrats before the Jan. 3 caucuses. Polls show her, Barack Obama, and John Edwards in striking range of winning.
"As I have traveled throughout the state, it has been wonderful to see the energy and enthusiasm that people have for this campaign and our shared vision of how we can change America," Clinton said in a statement. "In the final days before the Iowa caucuses, I want to tap into that spirit so that every voice is head on caucus night for universal health care, a stronger economy, and an end to the war in Iraq."
During today's Des Moines Register debate, she said she had learned a lot from Iowans and said, tongue in cheek, that she had eaten her way across the state.

Hillary has my vote and the vote of everyone in my family. There is one Uncle we are still working on though. He likes Chris Dodd a lot but let's face it, when a candidate is polling consistently at one percent, it's not likely he will win.
Hillary has the most carefully thought-out proposals for economic reform; for government reform (she plans to cut 500,000 federal contractors) and for heathcare.
It is common sense the fact that hard-working and inspired candidates are more reliable
She will make an excellent President.
Go back to the Senate Hillary and let America elect the best President...

Hillary is by far the best suited for the presidency and inspires the most trust in her commitment to work for the betterment of all of us at home and abroad. Obama is all about the audacity of ambition. Despite characterizing himself as an agent of change and fresh ideas, he is a political shark down to his fingertips playing the same old game of doing anything to win. It pains me to see an iconic talk show host like Oprah Winfrey selling her man like another piece of fiction disguised as autobiography. I hope Iowans (and the rest of the country) have the good sense not to be swayed by charisma over hard-won experience. We made that mistake with George Bush. God help us if we do it again.

Did someone really misspell Al Qaeda?!
A helicopter is an awful idea in Iowa. Aside from that, why had she not already visited the 99 counties in Iowa? Because she was assuming that she was the nominee. Turns out she was wrong. Her leads are slipping across the board, just as some of us knew (and wrote about) happening.
Fortunately for us, she won't take the nomination.
Super idea. Good way to condense timeframes. BTW she is not the only not to
have visited all 99 counties. She's looking to earn every vote and take nothing
for granted. It was the MSM that called her nomination "inevitable". I 'm confident
that she'll be able to stay focused and get her message for the people out.Folks,
we need to focus on the issues and what policy positions candidates maintain.
As usual, the MSM, focuses on the "horserace" aspects, rather than offering
something more useful: independent experts to analyze their healthcare proposals, economic and veterns care, for example.Bottom line, we're voting for
POTUS, not American Idol!

She has only visited 50 coutnies in Iowa because she has attended three times as many Senate votes as Obama as she is one to actually do a job before asking for another. Obama needs to do the work he was elected to do for his constituents in Illinois before being elected to anything else. Hillary is the hardest working senator on the HIll and been given endorsements even by republicans who worked to impeach her husband because of the way she works with everyone in the senate and works hard.
