I do hope he goes 3rd party if he cannot make the rep nom. No other candidate talks about the issues he does. This could be the perfect year for the perfect storm for a third party presidential run. If Rudy and Hillary are the noms, then I think enough people would send a message to perhaps give him a victory. If Bama and Huck are noms; perhaps not a third party year.

Adirondackal - Let me break it down to you. Paul is running in the REPUBLICAN primaries. He has already stated millions of times that he's not running as a 3rd party or independent candidate. Now explain to me, how in the Hades is he going to "help elect" Clinton?

Now why would leftists support Paul in the primaries, when facts show that Paul would devastate Hillary in the general election because he's the only GOP candidate who would pull in independents & Reagan Democrats who would otherwise vote Democrat?

Ron Paul is a Republican. If any 'leftists' support him, it's because they know how dangerous Hillary is and he's the only one who can beat her.

I hear what you are saying about Perot being inserted into the election to bring a win for "Slick Willie." The BIG difference is that Perot financed his own campaign, Paul's campaign is totally grass roots. There is no dark money supply backing Paul, not to mention the media's lack of coverage of him. When Perot ran, everyone in the country knew who he was...it was not hard after he made a fool out of himself with those charts and graphs he had made by a 4th grade art class. C'mon, Perot is a millionaire...he couldn't provide a better set for that broadcast he made...pathetic. Anyway...I digress. I am as impressed with Ron Paul supporters as I am with Ron Paul.

Who cares anymore about the Main Stream Media? They are old news & a dying breed. Literally. Obviously, us Republicans who support Dr. Paul are doing fine without CNN, Faux, or MSN. Same with Neo-Con gov't. If you love & support the Constitution of the United States of America, you'll vote 4 Ron Paul. Plain & simple.

So, any comparison to any other movement or campaign is irrelevant. This is more than a campaign or a movement....it is a spiritual awakening. And the spirit that is being reawakened is the spirit which made this country great....the spirit of freedom and liberty!

The blimp launch made front page news on my hometown newspaper - a paper that hasn't published any serious coverage of Ron Paul since the campaign started. It's funny in a way since my hometown newspaper (The Houston Chronicle) reaches Ron Paul's congressional district. You'd think they would have a bit more coverage of the local candidate's run for POTUS.

I would also like to know how much longer mainstream media will continue to ignore Ron Paul. CNN gave him an interview after the Iowa debates to talk solely about their 'focus group''s negative opinion of what he stood for.

Hello America - from the UK.

I've recently heard about Ron Paul and I love the fact that he is a 'politician' that is practical and rational. I realise that's a bit of a paradox, but it's true.

I am South African born UK citizen and I realize that what happens in American politics affects the rest of the world. As a result, I want to extend my full support to the Ron Paul campaign and I am hoping like mad that the general population of America will wake up to reality and vote for someone who actually wouldn't blow them up if he had half a chance (Ref: 911 and the George Bush administration)
