Mike Huckabee said he's overwhelmed by his big victory in Kansas.
"It has been a remarkable day in Kansas," he said at a news conference. "Pleased is probably an understatement....This race is far from being over. It's game on."
He said his win was significant because it was in a head-to-head matchup with McCain and came despite the state's two US senators supporting McCain. Huckabee declared that while Washington and party insiders are gravitating to McCain, voters are supporting him.
Huckabee also said none of his supporters or donors have urged him to drop out.
