CNN has projected that Barack Obama is the winner of the Washington state caucuses, his second victory of the night.
It was the biggest prize of the four Democratic contests today with 78 delegates.
Thanks to the enthusiasm of his supporters, the Illinois senator has done far better than Clinton in caucuses, which require participants to attend often lengthy meetings.
Obama drew a bigger crowd to a rally on Friday than Clinton and also picked up the endorsement of the state's governor, while
Clinton had the backing of the state's two US senators.

This is a great thing for the country
i was reading data from voters who particapated
in the washington state caucauses
it seems the huge turnout favored obama in some districts he was beating clinton 3 - 1. thank goodness we will continue to need this suport to overcome hillarys pledged super delegates with whom hillary has her daughter calling all of them to get a commitement. Shuster made an unfortunate comment that chelsey was being pimped by the family. I dont agree with the remark though he has a right to freedom of expression it just wasnt the prettiest way to say it and hillary is trying to get the man fired now. What happened to freedom of speech hillary?
when you going to show america your tax returns hillary after securing nomination? Not so fast be transparent like obama and show your tax returns.
America needs to know all that money that bill clinton got from dubya and the rest of the A, B, C ect gates..
Go Obama!!
YES WE CAN!!!
The greatest election in my lifetime turned out to be the most fixed election I've seen in my lifetime thanks to theUS media who have 24/7 biassed pro Obama, anti Hillary coverage that the public's choice is being impossed on them. But what's worse is that the US media has denied free speech to those who don't agree with their view. The NY Times for example may have endorsed HIllary, but their blogs are censored by people who are anti Hillary Clinton people. These were the quoted standards that the NY Times Caucaus blog said about the comments posted on their blog "Comments are moderated and generally will be posted if they are on-topic and not abusive". Yet they have consistently allowed Obama supporters to say whatever the hell they like even though they don't meet these standards. It also doesn't explain why they keep blocking my civil comments made on the blog where I want to challenge comments people make on the blog in saying she had no independent international experience as 1st lady, by providing a link to the former Clinton- Gore whitehouse administration website which gives a link to all her issue based speeches made around the world. So someone tell me what I'm suppossed to do from here in the UK when I see the coverage of the US press deny & conceal evidence of Hillary's amazing international role as 1st lady in building bridges with foreign communities through working together on issues of healthcare, education, investing in the children's future & advancing women's economic, social & political role which are causes she has had a lifetime comitment to working for at the local, state, national & international level.? I hate the US media, u've wasted hours of my time each day for months in trying to inform Americans of her international work yet my comments are always blocked. I'm a uni student who needs to prioritise my work, yet have spent hours each day for months trying to fight against the US media and I can't do it alone. I am actually having to e-mail strangersr in America via youtube that appear to support Hlilary in order to direct them to evidence that the US press conceals from them, which isn't safe for me. I shouldn't have to do this if the US media would make a sincere effort to research her work that they have deleted. American's don't even know of her leading role in the international Vital Voices Initiative as 1st lady in advancing women's economic, political & social status as an aspect of US foreign policy to work with the global community on this univerasal cause. It's disgusting how the US media belittes her serious leading role during the Clinton administration in working for this cause, yet they can easily accept the idea of working with the global community to tackle global warming is a legitimate cause. I can't emphasise how much I hate the undemocratic, twisted, manipulating, brainwashing US media. All I can do is post the evidence for those Americans who would like an insight into her invaluable inspirational role as 1st lady during the Clinton administration and realise just how much would have been missing from the Clinton- Gore administration in domestic & international affairs, if her role had been deleted. I invite you to read her issue based speeches from around the world where they are hopeful, informative, purposeful, inspirational & reflects her ability to have unite foreign communities on universal concerns that she is still fighting for in America. In particular I want to direct you to her speech at the Vital Voice Conference in 1998 in N.Ireland, as this approach is what I'd like her to reclaim as a more effective way of helping countries overcome terroism during conflicts based on politcal & religios differences, & based on revenge, aswell as encouraging them to pursue democracy via talking & listening to the community and encouraging them to unite over universal issues such as shared concern of the safety of their children & improving women's political, economic & social position. She would be the most effective candidate in not just improving relations with leaders, but has the experience to work effectively with the global community to seriouly address these universal issues that face an interconected world, which is the approach I'd like her to reclaim around the world, including in Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq etc. as a means on improving relations aswell.
I will not allow the unique experience that Hillary Clinton has already effectivly demonstrated as 1st lady, to be ridiculed & denied.

I don't know much about these matters, but if the superdelegates supposedly (as politicians) represent a constituency in at least spirit, and a little more than half the delegates (867 v. 857) have gone to Obama through voting, how can Clinton have almost 65% more superdelegates than Obama (223 v. 131)? Should it seem fishy to me that more democrats have voted for Obama, AND more states have been won by Obama, (11 to Clinton's 4) and he's losing?
I would like to see Barack Hussein Obama as the next President of the United States of America.
He is a truly great man who wants health care for all and I also believe that he is desperate to stop illegal immigration because it is affected the poor black communities of the south in terms of jobs etc.
Good luck and well done Barack!
